The following sections describe the materials and methodologies that are contained within the double-wall building system. The final exterior finishes of the wall panels are limited only by your imagination. Thickness can vary from 8 to 12 inches, depending on wall use. Floor panels are steel form finished on both the ceiling and floor panel face. No additional toppings are necessary for the floor surface and the ceilings are drywall smooth. High R-value insulation in both the wall and roof panels insures energy efficiency for the building envelope. On-site construction is fast and job site waste is minimized due to the precast members.
