| Engineering Manager: |
Engineering Manager will assist in the structural design of our products including flat wall panels, beams, columns, parking garage double tees & other misc. precast products while managing the engineering staff of 25 & acting as a technical liaison w/ outside architects & engineers. Minimum of 10yrs exp w/ 5 yrs management/supervisory, IL Licensed SE or willing to obtain and BS in Civil or Structural Engineering required. Excellent communication, ability to work well independently in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment a must. Precast exp. a +.

| Licensed Structural Engineer: |
We are seeking an IL licensed Structural Engineer. Responsibilities include structural design of our prestressed/precast products, including flat wall panels, beams, columns, double tees, and other miscellaneous precast items. Will work closely with other engineers, drafters, and act as a technical liaison with outside architects and engineers. Good communication skills and a strong precast background required.
